Enzo Zidane handed Real Madrid debut by dad Zinedine... and scores!

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane took advantage of the Copa del Rey game against Cultural Leonesa to give his eldest son his first taste of first team action. And Enzo Zidane, as well as making his debut, scored a goal, too.

Enzo came on at half-time for Isco and grabbed his opportunity to impress in front of his father. The academy graduate scored with a decent strike as Madrid recorded a 6-1 win to progress to the next round courtesy of a 13-2 aggregate win.

Zidane's eldest son has been training with the first team on and off for a while. At 21, the midfielder played during a preseason friendly in July, although he'd never featured in an official competition.

Madrid coach Zidane has always been attentive to his sons' progress. His middle child, goalkeeper Luca, also trains with the first team at times. Some say he hopes to take advantage of his job to help his sons in their careers from close quarters.
