The Argentine defender was sent off for an ugly tackle on the Madrid man

We have new trouble brewing after Marcos Acuña's sending off. Dani Ceballos, the victim of the tackle that earned the Sevilla player a red card in the 2-1 defeat by Madrid, has responded to the Argentine's accusations.

The Andalusian midfielder posted a tweet with a shocking image of his ankle, with an open wound as a result of the Argentine's tackle, accompanied by an inflammatory message.

"Leaving your team with ten men and coming from behind.... That's really difficult. Really", the Madrid player posted on his Twitter account. The image has sparked a wave of comments on social networks.

This publication is a response to Marcos Acuña, who minutes earlier had uploaded a story (now deleted) with the following message: "It's difficult to play against 12".
