The Portuguese says the French coach made him feel special
Former Real Madrid striker and current Juve man Cristiano Ronaldo has praised his former coach Zinedine Zidane.
"The confidence a player needs isn't just up to him, but the people around him, the other players and the coach. You should feel like an important part of the group and Zidane made me feel special," said Ronaldo to DAZN.
Cristiano added: "He helped me a lot. I already respected him but working with him made me admire him even more, for the way he is, they way he talks, how he sets up the team and for how he treated me. He used to say, 'Cris, rest, because you will be the one who makes the difference.' He was always honest and for that I'll keep him in my heart."
