Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo could not continue his goalscoring streak in the 2-1 win at the Allianz Arena over Bayern Munich.
The Portuguese netted but the goal was correctly ruled out for handball, despite his protests.
Ronaldo had scored in 10 Champions League games this season: Apoel (2), Borussia Dortmund (2), Tottenham (1), Tottenham (1), Apoel (2), Dortmund (1), PSG (2), PSG (1), Juventus (2) and Juventus (1). 15 goals in 10 games.
The run goes back to the final last season in Cardiff, where Madrid beat Juve 4-1. So since then, June 3, 2017, Ronaldo had gone 11 consecutive games in the UCL scoring goals, 17 in total.
Netting another would have made a new record of 12. Ronaldo has 119 goals and 99 wins in the competition, beating Iker Casillas on 98.
