Cristiano Ronaldo breaks record for most penalties taken in La Liga
Ronaldo has now taken 72 La Liga penalties in total
He replaces Hugo Sanchez at the top of the standings

In Valencia on Saturday, and in less than 22 minutes, Ronaldo scored two goals from 12 yards to give Real Madrid a 2-0 first half lead at Mestalla.
With those two penalties, the 32-year-old because the player to have taken the most penalties in the history of La Liga (72).
