The goalkeeper and defender should make this weekend's squad

Real Madrid trained at Valdebebas on Friday for the final time before Saturday's La Liga match against Cadiz. Zinedine Zidane was boosted by the presence of goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois and defender Militao, who both returned to full training following injury problems.

Both were involved with Belgium and Brazil squads during the international break but had to leave early due to injuries. However, Courtois is set to be fit to start against Cadiz, although it's tough and go if Militao will be ready to start. He's more likely to be on the bench.

Elsewhere, Eden Hazard, Dani Carvajal, Álvaro Odriozola and Mariano Díaz worked alone on their respective recoveries and will not return this weekend.

Hazard's presence in the Clasico next Saturday is all-but ruled out because Zidane doesn't want to take any risks with the Belgian, who has suffered a number of injuries since joining Madrid in 2019.
