The Madrid board think the Welshman's time at the Bernabeu is up

Gareth Bale's future lies away from Real Madrid. The Madrid press say that Bale will leave the Bernabeu at the end of the season, now that the board have finally decided they made a mistake in signing him. The decision is taken.

Marca say that Bale has lost all his credit. Zinedine Zidane and Florentino Perez, Real Madrid's coach and president respectively, have lost confidence in the forward, who appears to have downed tools.

Bale has been a sub in three of the last four games (Real Sociedad, Leganes, PSG). Against Betis he started but showed few signs of life and was taken off. At no point has he shown the quality expected of a 101 million euro signing.

His time at the Bernabeu has been marked by ups and downs and numerous injuries. Mentally he has proven very weak. Perez has had enough and will put him on sale. Bale's presence is blocking Marco Asensio too.

The problem Madrid have is that few teams will want to pay 90 million euros for him. Perez wants that back from his initial investment. A failed transfer which has turned into a disaster.
