Antonio Rudiger split his head open for Real Madrid. The defender headed in the 95th minute goal that earned them Champions League qualification to the last 16 and it came at a cost.

He collided heads with goalkeeper Trubin and both were hurt. Rudiger bled everywhere and had to go off, while Trubin needed a bandage.

According to COPE radio, Rudiger will need 20 stitches to fix the cut after the brutal smash.

He will also have medical tests to see if there has been a fracture too.
