Ancelotti has his say on Cristiano rumours
The Real Madrid head coach took to Twitter this morning
Despite reports on TV show 'El Chiringuito' that Carlo Ancelotti had asked the Real Madrid board to bring Cristiano Ronaldo back to the Santiago Bernabéu, and that the experienced head coach had even contacted the player's entourage himself, these rumours today been quashed by Ancelotti himself.
Taking to Twitter, he said "Cristiano is a Real Madrid legend and I love and respect him. However, I have never considered signing him. We must look to the future".
His statement adds further fuel to the rumours that the club are targetting young French forward Kylian Mbappé, who would certainly be a signing for the future.
