They are extremely interested in contracting the Croatian midfielder

At Real Madrid they say Mateo Kovacic is not transferrable but that has not stopped European sides from being interested in him.

Per La Repubblica, the Italian newspaper, AC Milan are pushing to sign the Real Madrid man. In recent years Milan have been interested in him but have not managed to secure a signing.

The former Inter player is liked by coach Gattusso, who views him as a key part of the squad for next season. Kovacic has not obtained the minutes he would like at Real Madrid. At Milan he would be a key player.

On the other hand, Premier League sides want him. Manchester United are said to have offered 60m euros while Chelsea and Tottenham are also tracking him.
