Worry at PSG over Neymar's physical state after the summer

PSG 2023-24 has started under new coach Luis Enrique. The Parisian side's revamped project will once again attempt to win the Champions League once and for all.

The French club has called up the entire squad, with the exception of the internationals, for the first medical tests. PSG's first training session will take place tomorrow, Tuesday.

Kylian Mbappé, who, like the other internationals, will join the club on July 17, has yet to join the squad.

PSG's other star, Neymar, has already arrived in Paris after his holiday in Brazil. The 'Brazuca' striker will have to undergo a specific plan to recover from the ankle injury he suffered last February.

For the moment, the news about the former Barça player is not good. According to 'L'Équipe', the first physical examinations have worried the coaches. Neymar's ankle is still not in good condition and his return to the pitch is a question mark.

The Brazilian's current physical condition has created doubt in Paris and has opened the debate as to whether he will be able to return to his best form on the pitch.
