Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes Paul Pogba will still be at the club next season despite the rumours about his future.

Real Madrid have been heavily linked with a summer move for the France midfielder, with coach Zinedine Zidane recently talking up the player's qualities.

Pogba is thought to be keen to take on a new challenge at a club challenging for trophies on all fronts, but Solskjaer thinks he will remain at Old Trafford.

"I think he will be here next season," Solskjaer said in a press conference on Friday.

"Paul has done fantastic for us. We want him to do well. He is a leader in the dressing room.

"If I could guarantee I would say yes. You can't guarantee but I think he will be."

United still have a lot to play for this season as they target a top four place in the Premier League and a Champions League spot.

They host direct rivals Chelsea this weekend as the race moves into the final three games of the season.
