Premier League bombshell: Liverpool put Mo Salah up for sale

The Egyptian winger has a year left on his deal and wants too much to renew

The summer market is starting to kick into gear. In England they say Mohamed Salah is for sale after he has decided not to renew his contract and he has just a year left on the deal.

The Sun and others say Liverpool have put a 75m euro price on Salah’s head. However it’s hard for anyone to sign him as he will want too much in wages.

Barcelona are interested and want Salah on a free in 2023 while Real Madrid are also watchful as they could use a player in that spot.

Salah wants £450k a week to renew and the English side will not pay it. They are willing to sell him like with Sadio Mane, who joined Bayern Munich.

Barcelona have been in touch with Salah in recent months. The Blaugrana prioritised his signing ahead of Lewandowski but in the end went for the Pole, considering that it would be too hard to get Salah.

Now they will not change given the efforts that Lewandowski has made and the planning around the deal. Madrid, after losing out on Haaland and Mbappe, may strike.
