The former Barça man looked back to his best during preseason and this has sparked interest from some of Europe's biggest teams

Stoke City's forward, Bojan Krkic, has attracted the interest from two of Portuguese football's biggest clubs: Porto and Benfica. A lot of teams have scouted Krkic's performaces during preseason where the former Barcelona man has been excellent. Both Porto and Benfica are keen in making a move, be that on loan or permanently, and feel the forward could add an extra dimension to their respective attacks.

Stoke are concentrated on gaining promotion back to the Premier League and wouldn't stand in the way of Krkic moving on if the offer was too good to turn down. With the transfer market closing on Thursday in England, it doesn't leave a lot of time for Stoke to get a potential replacement in. Although, unlike with Premier League sides, football league teams are allowed to make loan deals after the window has closed.

This means that Krkic, who spent last season on loan with Alaves, could be about to join a new league. After playing in Spain, Holland and England it might be time to add Portugal to that list.
