Pep Guardiola hails Barcelona after brutal terror attacks
The Manchester City coach spoke about the Catalan capital
He said the club's thoughts were with the victims of the atrocity
Pep Guardiola spoke about the Barcelona terror attacks on Friday during a press conference for Manchester City's game against Everton.
He said: "My thoughts are with the people who died. Barcelona will wake up and Catalonia and Spain will show again what a beautiful country it is.
"I'm very affected by what happened. My thoughts are for the families and the victims. Las Ramblas is a really important place in the history of Barcelona.
"I'm sure the city and the country will stand up and move on. I just wish that it won't happen again in Barcelona or in the rest of the world."
