Official: Jose Mourinho takes over at Tottenham
The Portuguese is back in the Premier League with the North London Whites
Tottenham have appointed Jose Mourinho as coach after sacking Mauricio Pochettino.
The former Chelsea and Manchester United manager has penned a 3.5 year deal at the helm of Spurs.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy said: "In Jose we have one of the most successful managers in football."
”He has a wealth of experience, can inspire teams and is a great tactician. He has won honours at every club he has coached. We believe he will bring energy and belief to the dressing room."
Mourinho was sacked by Manchester United in December 2018 and has been out of work since then.
