Manchester City have finally confirmed the signing of Ferran Torres from Valencia. The English club announced the arrival of the Spanish winger on Tuesday evening.
Ferran has signed a five-year deal with City and cost Guardiola's side a mere €23m with another €13m in variables.
“I am so happy to be joining City,” Torres told City's official website. “Every player wants to be involved in attacking teams and Manchester City are one of the most attacking in world football."
Ferran is also keen to link up with Guardiola. "Pep encourages a really open, aggressive style, which I love, and he is a manager with a proven track record of improving players. To have him overseeing my development is a dream."
