He will join Chelsea's pre-season tour of Singapore soon

He told the Guardian "I feel indebted to Conte"

Álvaro Morata has passed his medical at his new club Chelsea according to Sky Sports News. The player is expected to fly to Singapore to join the rest of the squad on their pre-season tour.

Morata, who will cost €80 million could make his debut for the Blues on Tuesday against Bayern Munich. Last season, the Spanish striker scored 20 goals in 43 appearances for Real Madrid and won league and Champions League winners medals.

He has been signed by Chelsea to replace Diego Costa, who is not in manager Antonio Conte’s plans for next season. Morata, however, has a better relationship with the Chelsea manager: “I feel indebted to him because he’s the coach that most trusted in me, most wanted me, who made me feel I could perform at the highest level” Morata told the British newspaper The Guardian in April.
