The Brazilian is in London to close the transfer

Spurs will pay around 25 million pounds for the forward

Lucas Moura is a step away from ending his time with Paris Saint-Germain. With the transfer window about to close, the Brazilian has chosen a move to Tottenham in a bid to find regular football before the World Cup.

The forward is in London to finalise the personal terms and to take a medical before his move from PSG is confirmed.

The agreement is favourable for all three parties. Moura will get regular minutes, Mauricio Pochettino gets one of the signings he wanted this month and PSG kill two birds with one stone: the get rid of a problem in the dressing room and make some money.

Moura will cost Tottenham around 25 million poinds. PSG paid 40 million for the winger in 2013, but now need to bring in funds after splashing out on Neymar and Mbappe so that they comply with FIFA's Financial Fair Play rules.

Before moving to the Premier League, Moura had been linked with La Liga sides Real Betis and Malaga.
