Gabriel Jesus's late goal handed Manchester City a late win over Southampton, 1-0, enough for the champions to celebrate hittng the 100 point mark in the Premier League table.
They are the first side to do that and also finished 19 points ahead of second place Manchester United, the biggest distance in the league's history between 1st and 2nd.
