Liverpool could make an offer in the coming days for Espanyol goalkeeper Diego Lopez, according to the Daily Star. The bad performances of Karius and Mignolet have prompted Jurgen Klopp to make a move for a new goalkeeper.

The operation will not be easy, however, because the Reds must agree a deal with AC Milan for the keeper, who is on loan at Espanyol until June 30, without the option to buy. Diego Lopez, meanwhile, has reiterated many times that he and his family are happy in Barcelona and at Espanyol.

Before arriving in the Catalan capital he had been linked to Liverpool as well as Man United and Juventus, but the Red thought with Karius and Mignolet they were well covered in goal.
