Arsenal are looking for a new goalkeeper with Petr Cech set to leave the club at the end of the season and according to The Sun they will move for Burnley's Nick Pope.

The Gunners currently have Cech competing with German Bernd Leno but the former Chelsea stopper will retire in the summer.

According to reports, Burnley want 11.4 million euros for Pope. It remains to be seen how negotiations develop, but Arsenal do have other options. Among them is Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana, formerly of Barcelona.

Burnley coach Sean Dyche has admitted that one of the clu's three goalkeepers may have to leave the club in the summer.

Pope, 26, joined Barça in 2016 as backup to Tom Heaton. But he replaced the injured Heaton for the majority of last season, earning a place in the England squad for the World Cup.

But a shoulder injury in preseason ruled him out until January. Since returning he has played two FA Cup games but doesn't even make the bench in the Premier League at the moment, with Heaton starting and Joe Hart on the bench.
