Argentina captain Lionel Messi debuted his country's new shirt for next summer's World Cup in Russia in Saturday's friendly against Russia at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.
The shirt was revealed this week ahead of the game and features the usual light blue and white stripes in a kit which has been designed by Adidas with an eye on the past.
To celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Argentine Football Association, the new shirt's design is based on the ones worn by the team in 1978 and 1986, when they won the World Cup.
As well as presenting the new Argentine shirt this week, Messi was also chosen to present the official ball which will be used next summer in Russia.
