Elliott didn't want to meet Ramos after Salah injury
Liverpool's winger told the Athletic about the incident
Liverpool winger Harvey Elliott snubbed a meeting with Sergio Ramos when he visited Real Madrid’s facilities back in 2019.
The then Fulham player was given a tour of Madrid’s facilities but turned down a meeting because he was upset about what happened in the 2018 Champions League final, when Sergio Ramos injured Mo Salah.
“No, it's OK, thanks, I don't like him after what he did to Mo Salah,” said Elliot according to the Athletic.
He eventually signed for Liverpool in July after being linked with a lot of Europe’s big sides.
Ramos's big move might have won Madrid the final but lost them the young talent now at Anfield.
