Mario Balotelli's lavish praise of Luis Suarez

Mario Balotelli, the Nice and Italy striker, has praised Barcelona forward Luis Suarez in a recent interview.

After his side’s game against PSG, Balotelli highlighted the performance of Edinson Cavani but also praised Suarez, who he said is playing better than Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Balotelli said he prefers Suarez over Ronaldo and Messi when asked who was the best player currently.

He also praised Cavani, although said he is not as good as former PSG hitman Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

“Money doesn’t give you a team, it allows you to buy great players, but not a team,” said Balotelli, who called Cavani the best player in Ligue 1 right now.

“He has scored a lot of goals in the last two years. I have a lot of respect for Cavani, because he’s a top player, but Ibra played less. You can’t compare Zlatan with Cavani, Zlatan is in other dimension,” Balotelli added.

Asked about PSG, the former Inter Milan, Manchester City and  Liverpool player said “to be honest I haven’t seen much of PSG this season apart from their games against Real Madrid. They deserved to lose, Madrid were more efficient and played better.”
