Spain coach Luis Enrique was at Cornella-El Prat on Sunday to take in Espanyol's game at home to Real Madrid, corresponding with the 21st round of fixtures in LaLiga Santander 2018 / 2019.
The former Barcelona coach was in the VIP box at RCD Espanyol Stadium accompanied by two members of his coaching staff.
Luis Enrique was keeping an eye on several Espanyol and Madrid players with a view to future La Roja squads -- the next one will be named in March.
We don't really know who he was watching inparticular, but no doubt all of the Spanish players in Madrid's lineup will be of interest, as well as Espanyol striker Borja Iglesias.
The Spain coach is weighing up who to include in his next squad after being knocked out of the UEFA Nations League by England.
