Monaco's new signing, Aleksandr Golovin, is already out injured
The young World Cup star suffered the injury in training for his new club and a return date is unknown
AS Monaco's star signing this summer, Aleksandr Golovin, has picked up an injury in this Wednesday's training session.
The Russian international has suffered a sprained right ankle. The club have yet to announce how long the player will be out for although he's certainly a doubt for their Ligue 1 opener on the 11th August.
Golovin arrived at Monaco from CSKA Moscow after impressing everyone with his fine displays at the World Cup. The budding star, who is only 22 years old, was seen as Monaco's main signing this summer after beating off competition from Chelsea for his signature. Barcelona and Real Madrid were also previously linked with moves for the talented midfielder.
