Osasuna was held down on Sunday at Estadio El Sadar by Sevilla as the game ended 1-1. The two teams arrived at this challenge after previous wins. Osasuna went into the match knowing victory after winning away by a 2-4 victory against Espanyol while Sevilla won in their last two matches of the competition against Leganés at home stadium, and Real Valladolid away, by 1-0 and 0-1 respectively. At the moment, Osasuna is 10th in the LaLiga, having garnered 23 points from 16 matches, while Sevilla sits at 3rd with 31 points after playing a total of 16 matches.

Good start of the game for Sevilla, with a goal from Munir El Haddadi in the 11th minute. However, Osasuna just before the end of the 45 minutes gave an equalizer thanks to a goal from Ezequiel Avila in the 45th minute, which saw the first half to a 1-1.

There were no goals during the second 45 minutes of the game.

As for substitutions, both coaches used full substitutions. For Osasuna, Adrian Lopez, Unai Garcia and Fran Merida came on for Marc Cardona, Jon Moncayola and Ruben Garcia, while Sevilla brought on Daniel Carrico, Franco Vazquez and Munas Dabbur to replace Jules Kounde, Joan Jordan and Oliver Torres.

The referee booked eight players. Raul Navas, Oier and Fran Merida from Osasuna saw the yellow card and Oier (2 yellow cards) saw the red card, while for Sevilla Jules Kounde, Sergio Reguilon, Ever Banega and Jesus Navas saw a yellow card as well.

Osasuna will play against Atlético de Madrid at away stadium, while Sevilla will face Villarreal at home stadium.
