Granada whip Osasuna 3-0 at El Sadar
Osasuna suffered a home defeat to Granada at Estadio El Sadar on Sunday. Both sides arrived at this challenge after previous wins. Osasuna went into the match knowing victory after winning away by a 0-1 victory against Athletic Bilbao while Granada won 2-1 the last league match against Real Valladolid. Following today's result, Osasuna is 12th in the LaLiga table with 31 points from 25 matches, while Granada sits 9th with 36 points after 25 matches.
Granada started well in the first half, thanks to a good early goal from Darwin Machis in the 4th minute. Later, Granada scored again thanks to a new goal from Darwin Machis, scoring his second goal 28 minutes in the game to establish the 0-2. Later, Granada scored again and increased their advantage 0-3 thanks to a goal from Dimitri Foulquier in the 41st minute just before the end of the 45 minutes, thereby seeing the first half to a 0-3.
No goal was recorded during the second half but the game ended on a 0-3 victory.
Both coaches made their full set of substitutions. For Osasuna Jose Manuel Arnaiz, Fran Merida and Adrian Lopez came on for Inigo Perez, Robert Ibanez and Ruben Garcia, while Granada brought on Antonio Puertas, Fede Vico and Yan Eteki to replace Carlos Fernandez, Darwin Machis and Yangel Herrera.
The referee booked Nacho Vidal, Robert Ibanez and Fran Merida from Osasuna, while for Granada Yangel Herrera saw a yellow card as well.
Osasuna will play against Sevilla at away stadium, while Granada will face Celta at home stadium.
