It's not clear yet what role the Brazilian will take on at the club

An investment group led by former Brazil star Ronaldo Nazario has reached an agreement with the current Real Valladolid president, Carlos Suarez, to take buy 51 percent of the club's shares for 30 million euros.

The newspaper El Norte de Castilla revealed the details of the operation on Saturday. All that's left to be decided is who will take on certain roles at the club, although the idea is that Carlos Suarez continues to be involved.

Ronaldo's plan, therefore, seems to be to take a seat in the background.

Suarez is happy to take on the role of CEO and for the former Barcelona and Real Madrid striker to become president, but souces close to the deal says that is not a deal-breaker for Ronaldo.
