The forward arrives on loan from Swansea City

Striker Borja Baston will play at Malaga next season on loan from Swansea, the clubs announced on Tuesday.

Malaga will have a 12m euro option to buy on the player at the end of the present campaign, with the Swan taking his medical in Andalusia on Tuesday morning.

Baston will be Sandro Ramirez's replacement after the forward headed to Everton to play for Ronald Koeman.

Baston grew up at Atletico Madrid and made his debut for them against Getafe in the 2009-10 season. He played for various sides after that, including Murcia, Huesca, Deportivo and Zaragoza in the second division, before moving to Eibar where he scored 18 goals.
