Reports suggest she is still to file a complaint as she will consult with a lawyer first
Atletico Madrid defender Lucas Hernandez has been arrested for allegedly hitting his partner.
The 20-year-old French defender was arrested at 2.30am (CET) and El Pais reported that his partner was taken to hospital to receive care.
They said that he arrived home drunk and hard an argument with her before the police arrived.
The Spanish newspaper also reported that he was kept by the police during Friday morning.

Hernandez is a French U21 international and has played in six La Liga games this season.
