Atletico Madrid keen on Bayern full-back Bernat
Bernat's out of contract in 2019 and wouldn't cost too much
Atletico Madrid have reached the final third of the season with one of the smallest squads in top level football.

Injuries to the Brazilian left-back, therefore, have forced Diego Simeone into playing Lucas Hernandez as an emergency full-back.
Next season, then, they don't want to make the same mistake and are targetting Spain international Juan Bernat.
The Bayern Munich man is out of contract in 2019 and without a regular place in the Bundesliga champion's side, he's open to a return to Spain.
Bayern, too, are open to a sale -- that way they don't lose him for free next summer.
Former Valencia left-back Bernat, 25, is also interesting Roma, although he's thought to prefer a return to his homeland if possible.
