Athletic Bilbao prevail in a narrow 1-0 home victory against Alaves

Athletic Bilbao snatched all three points from Alaves in a 1-0 victory on Friday, at San Mames Stadium. Athletic Bilbao were looking for a victory after a 1-1 draw against Valencia. Alaves were looking to extend their winning run after a 1-0 victory against Atletico Madrid.
