Antoine Griezmann called Jose Mourinho personally to tell him he is staying at Atletico Madrid. The French player has decided to stay in the Spanish capital after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruled that the transfer ban on his club would not be revoked.
According to the Independent, United offered to pay his 100 million euro release fee clause but Griezmann decided to stay to help his club in a difficult period.
The French forward does want to win titles and said that he would like to sign for a big club in the future where that will be possible.
