Joan Gaspart's opinion about Angel Maria Villar's arrest
The vicepresident of the RFEF spoke out
Gaspart is expected to attend the office headquarters later on Tuesday
Joan Gaspart, former Barcelona president and vice-president of the RFEF has given his opinion about Angel Maria Villar's arrest, along with his son Gorka and other executives.
Gaspart spoke to RAC1, saiyng "I have a good opinion of VIllar. He's a good person but justice will prove me right or not. I hope and desire that for the good of my friend and the football federation that all the things they are saying about him can be proven not to be true."
Gaspart was calm. "I have never been part of anything and I helped Villar always when I was able to. I would puy my hand in the fire for Villar like he would do for me. If the court says the opposite I would be the first to admit that I was wrong."
