Real Madrid open negotiations with Bayern Munich defender Alaba

The Austrian international is out of contract in the summer

One of those players is Sergio Ramos, who has still not renewed his deal with the club and, after 14 years in the Spanish capital, could leave for free in the summer.

The failure to agree a deal with Ramos has forced Madrid to look at replacements. According to El Chiringuito, the could have found their man in Germany.

The main problem is his salary demands, but Estrada says he would take a cut to join Madrid.

Alaba's spent the majority of his career as a left-back but the emergence of Alphonso Davies has seen him movoe inside, where he's found a new home at the age of 28.
