The Belgian said it's time for a new challenge after firing Chelsea to Europa League glory

Eden Hazard scored twice to fire Chelsea to Europa League glory and then admitted it could be goodbye as he nears a summer move to Real Madrid.

The Belgian scored the third and fourth goals as Chelsea beat Arsenal 4-1 in Baku to leave the Gunners without Champions League football once again next season.

Hazard, 28, is now likely to leave Stamford Bridge, with a move to Real Madrid being negotiated between the two clubs.

"I think it's a goodbye, but in football you never know," he told BT Sport. "We will decide in a few days - the only target in my mind was to win this final."

Pressed on the issue, Hazard added: "Maybe now it is the time for a new challenge."

Hazard joined Chelsea seven years ago and has won two Premier Leageu titles during his time in England.

"My dream was to play in the Premier League," he said, "and I have done that for one of the biggest clubs."
