Quique Sánchez Flores has named a squad of 21 players for this Friday’s game against Borussia Dortmund in Winterhur, Switzerland. Pablo Piatti has recovered from his knee problems and is named in the squad.
The full squad is: Pau López, Adri López, Javi López, Pipa, Aarón, Rober, Lluís, David López, Hermoso, Lozano, Royo, Diop, Javi Fuego, Granero, Jurado, Roca, Puado, Melendo, Sergio García, Piatti and Baptistao. Gerard Moreno and Marc Navarro have not travelled as a precaution.
Despite it being a friendly, it is important because the quality of the rival, Borussia Dortmund, will enable us to judge Espanyol’s prospects for this season.
