Sergio Busquets pointed out the impressive response from FC Barcelona against Real Madrid despite not having their best player, Lionel Messi, available.
The midfielder even joked about the moment in the match when Real Madrid quickly pulled a goal back and began to exert their pressure on Barcelona. "Normally, when we're suffering, Leo is the answer. We look for him and he gets us out of those situations. But tonight we took a step forward as a team. His (Marcelo's) goal made us suffer but we knew that if we won back possession and hit Madrid on the counter we'd hurt them. I believe the team has become stronger because of this."
Busquets was also happy to talk about being involved in two 'manitas' against Real Madrid at the Camp Nou. "It's very special. I've been lucky enough to be around in this golden era, but from tomorrow we're only thinking about the Copa del Rey."
