The European football chief is thinking about making as much money as possible

UEFA does not want to be left behind and continues to consider changes to its flagship competition, the Champions League. European football's governing body will introduce changes to the format from the 2024-2025 season, with an eight-match group stage instead of the usual six.

Aleksander Ceferin, UEFA's president, and his staff will not stop there, however, and are continuing to explore ways to make the tournament more attractive. One of them would be to play some matches on American soil, something the Slovenian leader has left the door open to. "It is possible to play matches in the United States. We are talking about it," he said.

Ceferin even went a little further and hinted that the match that could be moved to American soil could be the final. "In 2025, the final will be in Munich. After that, we'll see," said the president.
