Roma support Mohamed Salah in the Champions League final
The Italian club showed they are backing the Egyptian star
Roma, eliminated by Liverpool in the Champions League semi-finals, showed they will still support Mohamed Salah in the final. The club published a message backing Salah, who left the Italian club to join Liverpool last summer, saying they want him to win the Champions League final on May 26 in Kiev.
"It hurts so much that #ASRoma’s incredible dream of going all the way to Kiev is over but you’ll be there in your new colours. Good luck in the #UCL final @mosalah," they wrote on Instagram and other social media places.
Salah did not celebrate his goals against Roma and was given an ovation by some Italian fans on Tuesday night.
