PSG star Neymar breaks metatarsal and will miss Real Madrid clash
The French club's report implies Ney will miss the Madrid second leg
Paris Saint-Germain announced late on Monday that Neymar has suffered an fissure in his fifth metatarsal, in addition to his ankle injury.
The Brazilian forward was already a doubt to face Real Madrid in the Champions League on March 6 after suffering an ankle sprain against Marseille in Ligue 1 which saw him carried from the pitch on a stretcher.
Neymar, the most expensive player in football history, was hoping to return and lead the charge as PSG try to return from a 3-1 first leg deficit from the Santiago Bernabeu.
Neymar may have to take a big decision, because if he forces his way into the game then his metatarsal could fracture completely and he may miss the Russia World Cup this summer, a big objective for him.
