He reached the semis for the first time with Manchester City with a nice win in Germany

Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City reached the Champions League semi-finals with an impressive 2-1 victory at Borussia Dortmund, 4-2 on aggregate.

Jude Bellingham scored a brilliant goal for the hosts in Germany but City hit back, with Kevin de Bruyne cracking an effort off the crossbar.

Riyad Mahrez converred from the penalty spot after Emre Can’s silly handball, and Phil Foden, who scored in the first leg, drilled home the second.

It sets up a semi-final clash with Paris Saint-Germain, who knocked out Bayern Munich the night before.

City have not reached the semi-finals under Guardiola and have only done so once in their history, under Manuel Pellegrini.
