Todibo was the first Barça player to welcome Griezmann to the club
The centre back posted a message on social media to his fellow countryman after the transfer was confirmed
FC Barcelona's young French centre back, Jean-Clair Todibo, was the first player to welcome Antoine Griezmann to the club on social media. The 19-year-old defender, alongside Ousmane Dembele, returned to preseason training one week early and wanted to welcome the fourth Frenchman to the first team squad.
Griezmann joins Todibo, Samuel Umtiti and Ousmane Dembelé.
In a short and sweet message, he welcomed his countryman to the club.

With de Ligt set to join Juventus, it's unclear whether this changes the plan for Todibo next season. The current idea is to loan out the youngster in order for him to get regular playing time as he's behind Gerard Piqué, Clément Lenglet and Samuel Umtiti in the pecking order.
