The reports in France suggest FC Barcelona have pushed ahead of Real Madrid in the race to sign Neymar. This primarily due to the meeting which took place in Paris between Barça and PSG yesterday.
The L'Equipe frontpage simply reads: "Advantage Barça"
The newspaper suggests that the meeting between the two teams went well and pushed Neymar close to a Camp Nou return. PSG want to retain control of the deal and are demanding too much. But, after those initial conversations, it appears a compromise hasn't been ruled out either.
'L'Equipe' confirm no agreement was made in that first meeting inside a Paris hotel.
Real Madrid will be forced to do something significant if they are to get back in the race for Neymar.
