According to 'Paris United', the French club won't sell Neymar for anything less than a deal worth around €200m

PSG are refusing to loosen their stance when it comes to Neymar. According to 'ParisUnited', the French club won't lower their demands and will only sell Neymar if an offer matches their €200m price tag.

Leonardo have told Barça they are willing to accept players in part-exchange but they must cough up €100m in cash as well. At the moment, Josep Maria Bartomeu has refused to accept these demands but PSG aren't willing to back down either. They need the money to fund their own moves in the transfer market and the €50m offered up so far wouldn't allow them to do that.

'ParisUnited' claim Leonardo is willing to keep Neymar should an acceptable offer not be made. The worries over the fans will subside, in time, once the Brazilian is back performing out on the pitch. PSG insist this isn't a negotiation tactic but rather the reality they are currently facing. Their stance is clear: If you want Neymar, match the asking price.
