Why Pep Guardiola will never come back to Barcelona
The Man City coach was asked some ludicrous questions by Madrid media
When we thought we had seen it all, two journalists asked Pep Guardiola if Man City would give Real Madrid a guard of honour in the Champions League, for having won La Liga. The question was so insane Pep had to ask them to put it to him again.
Guardiola is the antichrist of a media that has never been able to bear how he humiliated them on the pitch and also that he doesn’t think like them of off of it.
Pep knows very well one of the advantages of coaching in England is that he lives far from the toxicity and denigrating ecosystem of journalism in the Spanish capital. Just to avoid these type of daily questions, he will not come back to Barcelona.
