The midfielder has offers from a number of clubs in Spain and England

Oriol Busquets' recovery is going positively. Less than two months after undergoing surgery on the meniscus injury in his right knee, the Barcelona B midfielder has ditched the crutches and recent tests couldn't have offered better results.

Busquets got injured on Feb. 7 in training and had the operation one week later. The first phase has now been ticked off and Busquets can stand on his own, as while as having flexibility in his knee. The exercise bike has helped with his recovery.

If he continues in the same way, he could be back for preseason -- and there's a big chance he will be doing it with the first team this year. The midfielder has a contract until June but Barça want to renew his terms and the player wants to remain at the club he's played for since he was a boy.

The club have already told him that the injury has not changed their plans.

Busquets has a lot of offers -- from Spain and from England -- despite the injury setback. He's one of the most highly rated defensive midfielders in European football, but his only dream is to continue at Barça.
