The Argentine is fit to make the squad despite a minor thigh problem

Lionel Messi will be involved in Tuesday's Clasico at Camp Nou. It is, without doubt, the big (and positive) news to emerge from Barcelona's squad for the game.

After training on Tuesday, Ernesto Valverde revealed the 19 players that have been called up for the Copa del Rey semifinal first leg against Real Madrid. Messi, after completing the training session, was included despite hurting his thigh in the weekend's draw with Valencia.

However, it's one game too soon for Ousmane Dembele. The Frenchman is back in training after suffering a sprained ankle two weeks ago but will not be fit for Madrid's visit. He will have to wait until Sunday's trip to Athletic Bilbao to make his comebacl.

The squad is: Ter Stegen, Iñaki Peña, Semedo, Piqué, Rakitic, Busquets, Coutinho, Arthur, Luis Suárez, Messi, Malcom, Lenglet, Murillo, Jordi Alba, Boateng, Sergi Roberto, Aleñá, Arturo Vidal and Vermaelen.
